Reduced schedule management process burden on senior program management and team members using Microsoft VBA, MS Project and MS Excel.  Increased management reporting values by utilizing MS Project Master technique, Milestones Pro, WBS Chart Expert and PERT Chart Expert applications.  Won prestigious war coin award for outstanding contributions to team efficiencies and Program Special Merit recognition for applying effective techniques that were beyond the norm.  Presented Monthly Status Reports to clients and executives. Reversed negative schedule performance trend on a NavSea R&D program ($10M). Created Integrated Master Schedule showing resource utilization across multiple projects, resolving resource conflicts.  Communicated effectively with client’s executives, program chief scientist and engineer, team members, subcontractor, clients support organization and program owner.
