Analysts and Risk Analysts to establish PM Governance and Operations
culture. The team developed process documents for schedule, cost,
risk and project change management areas. Plans included implementation
of commercial tools including MS Project 2010 Server, COBRA, Milestones
Pro, WBS Chart Pro, PERT Chart Expert, MS SharePoint and MindView for
brainstorming.
Developed WBS & IMP & IMS for their NASA
CCIDC proposal (Commercial Crew Integrated Design Contract for next Space
Shuttle). This effort involved interviews with executives, senior
engineers, team members and subcontractor proposal team members.
Reduced schedule management process burden on
senior program management and team members using Microsoft VBA, MS Project
and MS Excel. Increased management reporting values by utilizing MS
Project Master technique, Milestones Pro, WBS Chart Expert and PERT Chart
Expert applications. Won prestigious war coin award for outstanding
contributions to team efficiencies and Program Special Merit recognition
for applying effective techniques that were beyond the norm.
Presented Monthly Status Reports to clients and executives. Intel Satellite
program budget $174M.
Reversed negative schedule performance trend on a
NavSea R&D program ($10M). Created Integrated Master Schedule showing
resource utilization across multiple projects, resolving resource
conflicts. Communicated effectively with client’s executives, program
chief scientist and engineer, team members, subcontractor, clients support
organization and program owner. Utilized MS Project, MS Excel, VBA,
ProPricer, PERT Chart Expert, Milestones Pro and other applications.
Reduced data processing cycle times from days to minutes and increased data
accuracy with integrated electronic data exchange with ProPricer and COBRA
applications.
